Since 2020, we have designed and renovated or built more than 18 properties — from smaller condos and single family home gut renovations with basement dig downs and full second story additions, to the brand new construction of 3-4 unit luxury buildings — valued at more than $11 million dollars.

We like to think of it as a bridge between investors and homeowners, and the inspiring (and sometimes complex) world of design. A space where valuable design advice and organizational savvy are needed on a project, but a professional interior designer – while the perfect fit for some – just isn’t in the budget. 💵 

Depending on your exit strategy (ie: Are you living in the home? Planning to sell? Rent it out?), we create the designs and then source and select appropriate finishes and fixtures for your project. Some examples include but are not limited to: tile, flooring, lighting, cabinets, countertops, paint, plumbing fixtures, appliances…and a whole lot more.  

We are happy to coordinate with your architect and general contractor to come up with (or modify) floor plans and elevations, as well as facilitate material deliveries, oversee installation, and help to keep the project organized and on time.
